Wintex Solutions UltraEase gives roller blinds a lift

“The features and benefits of this system have created and set a new benchmark in ‘chain control’ roller blind systems,” says Wintex Solutions’ Demetrios Livissianis. “The chain control body is made of Nylon to give it strength, stability and long life. The three-spring system provides lighter movement, while the inner core is made of metal and features a metal plate to maintain a higher level of function within the system.”

The UltraEase system will be available in 40mm, 45mm and 50mm, with a 30mm and 60mm tube system set to be released over the longer term.

“The lifting force for a blind 2700mm wide by 2000mm drop for a non-gear ratio system without a spring assist is 5kg; with the UltraEase its 2.5kg. To use a spring assist on the same blind, the lifting force on a non-gear ratio system will be 3kg but the UltraEase is a mere 1.4kg.”

Also under the Wintex Solutions banner is the UltraWeave range, which released the Impulse, offering 2800mm wide, blockout and translucent options, in October 2011; while the soon-to-be-released Zeebra is 2900mm wide with a striking texture and is available both in blockout and translucent options.

The third offering within the Ultra Series is the UtraTec motor, designed to offer competitive pricing for hard-wire and remote control.

“The Ultra Series range, including UltraEase, UltraWeave and UltraTec, is not only of the highest quality, but also one of the most economical in the industry.”
